Pick up your bib number and handle bar plate

You can pick up your bib number at one of the following times:

Friday, July 11
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Century Velodrome, Kanaalstraat 63, 9301 LR Roden

Saturday, July 12
07:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Event grounds, Brink 2, 9301 JM Roden

Are you picking up your things on Saturday? Please be aware of the crowds, especially between 07:00 and 10:00 AM. There may be a queue.

Note: you need your QR code to pick up your bib number. You can download it from your dashboard. Do you have multiple tickets via one email address? Make sure you have a unique QR code for each participant with you.

Start and competition guidelines

All participants start in their own wave and category. If you start in a different wave, your result will not count towards qualification.

Are you riding the 150 kilometers and starting in wave 5 or later? Then you start directly from your pen. We work with gun time: your time starts running from the start shot of your wave.

Qualification for the World Championship

Do you want to know if you have qualified for the UCI Gravel World Championship? At the finish, there is a screen with a QR code to the live results page. Have you qualified? Then you can pick up your UCI medal at the standing table next to the podium.

Weather expectations

Good news: it will stay dry! After last year's wet edition, Saturday promises to be sunny and warm. Keep the following in mind:

• Drink enough, even before you get thirsty

• Alternate between water and sports drinks

• Don't forget the sunscreen, especially on your neck, ears, and hands
